Brand kit

The Envoy logo, colours and typefaces, with the few rules that keep them looking like us. Take everything at once, or just what you need below.

The mark and the name, locked together, for anywhere there is room. Use it in black unless the ground is dark; teal is the colour version.

Using the logo

Give it room, keep it legible, and use the files as they are.

Clear space

Keep the height of the E — marked x — free on every side, so nothing crowds the logo.

Minimum size

On screen, run the logo at least 80 px wide and the mark at least 16 px. Below that, the counters close up.

  • Don’t recolour it

  • Don’t stretch or squash it

  • Don’t rotate it

  • Don’t add shadows or outlines

  • Don’t retype the name

  • Don’t use the black or teal logo on dark grounds

Colour

Ink on paper does most of the work, the logo included. Teal is the logo’s colour version, and the greens carry accents and dark sections.

Writing about Envoy

Envoy is one word, with a capital E. When you need a line on what we do, use this one.

Envoy is an AI workspace for mid-market and enterprise procurement teams managing direct, indirect and external-workforce spend. Agents work inside the customer’s ERP, P2P, email and supplier context, within the approval tiers and permissions the customer sets.
